Who we are
Debut is a founder-led production studio making fully custom, brand-forward product for beauty, wellness and lifestyle brands. We don't work off templates or standard blanks. Every piece is designed and produced to feel like a natural extension of the brand — not promotional merch.
From first concept through final delivery, we work directly with your team: sourcing, development, sampling, manufacturing. No sales reps. No middle layers. The person who takes your brief is the person who runs your production.

How it runs
Every program runs on its own clock — a screen-printed tee and a tooled compact are not the same job. You get a real date at the brief stage, and we hold it.
We sit down with your team and work out what the product should actually be — the thing your customer keeps, not the thing they throw away. You leave with concepts, references and a rough cost band.
Tech packs, materials, trims, finishes, packaging. Every component is specified before anything is quoted, so the price you get is the price that holds.
Physical samples from the factory that will run the order. We revise until it's right — colour, hand-feel, logo placement, packout.
Bulk production in LA for quick turns, or Asia and Mexico for scale. Inspection, packout and delivery to your 3PL, retailer DC or event.
Capability
Cut-and-sew apparel, knitwear, headwear, bags and carry, drinkware, beauty tools, hard goods, spa and textiles, packaging, PR and gifting sets.
Los Angeles for quick-turn and short runs. Partner factories in China and Mexico for scale, tooling and complex builds.
Typically from 100 units, though it moves with the category — lower on LA runs, higher where tooling is involved. Tell us the quantity you need and we'll tell you if it's workable.
Quoted per item, and waived when the order goes to production.
